Ganassi’s Hull More Than Happy Directing Behind The Scenes While Chip Ganassi gets more than his share of headlines as a team owner in the IZOD IndyCar, NASCAR and the Grand Am Rolex Series, there are many who work in the background to get his teams up front. Perhaps the most important member of that group is Mike Hull, the managing director of Target Chip Ganassi Racing who has been with the team since June 1992. He oversees the two-car IndyCar Series operation that features two-time IndyCar champion and two-time Indian-polis 500 winner Dario Franchitti, and 2008 IndyCar champion and Indy 500 winner Scott Dixon.
